MAKEUP ARTIST

After wanting to further my passion in Make up Artistry I left my home town Dunedin in 2016 and moved up to Wellington to pursue studies in Makeup Artistry at Weltec, from there I moved to my first job in the industry at Estée Lauder and gained a wealth of knowledge on makeup, skincare and health. After my time was up in the North island I moved back down south to Cromwell with my partner and have been working at a beauty therapy clinic, while there I gained the skill of nail art as a manicurist while continuing to do makeup.

Among many reasons the two most important aspects of why I love the industry I am in is 1. You are forever learning new tricks of the trade! It's an ever growing industry with new specialties and techniques and that gives me such drive and motivation to better my skills everyday. And 2. Is the fulfilling feeling of satisfying a client and making them feel the best they can with any service you perform, I'm very much a people person and this alone is enough of a reason to love my job. 

In my spare time I love socialising with friends, enjoy going for walks admiring our awesome scenery and I don't mind having a wine either! I always appreciate living in such a beautiful part of New Zealand and try not to take it for granted and enjoy our great backyard
